CT8622F is a capacitive in-ear detection and touch two-in-one chip. Manufactured by CMOS process, built-in voltage regulator and de-jitter circuit, high reliability, designed to replace light sensor and traditional key switch. Ultra-low power consumption and wide operating voltage characteristics are widely used in touch products for TWS and DC applications to realize product intelligence.

      This IC has two detection input channels: ear detection input, touch detection input; ear and touch dual channel independent CMOS output high level, CT8622F has two package versions: CT8622F-S is SOT23-6L, CT8622F-D It is DFN2*2-6L, which is convenient for customers to choose different product structures.
