job requirements:

1. Electronic engineering or related major, college degree or above, more than three year of IC layout design experience;

2. Familiar with linux or unix operating system, proficient in using IC layout design and verification tools such as Cadence;

3. Familiar with integrated circuit design process, familiar with semiconductor device physics and semiconductor process and layout level, able to consider analog circuit characteristics for layout design, and understand the verification steps of instruction files;

4. Familiar with writing or modifying Dracula DRC/LVS/LPE files or Calibre DRC/LVS/XRC files;

5. Independent verification of DRC, LVS, etc.;

6. Ability to read English technical materials;

7. Strong communication and coordination skills, strong analytical judgment, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, and strong team awareness.
