The power supply management unit can automatically generate the working voltage VDD； of the microcontroller unit according to the access state and voltage of the externally connected power supply voltage VCC and battery voltage VBAT;

The lithium battery charging unit can charge a single externally connected lithium battery at constant current and constant voltage according to the set floating charging voltage and charging current, and can realize the high-temperature detection function of the chip temperature.
